How I work
I believe each of us has the capacity for a meaningful life.
Clients tell me that I’m warm, a good listener, insightful, attentive.
Together let’s look, with fresh eyes, at your life - what is causing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, AND what brings joy, lightness and fun - and talk about how to bring more of that sweetness into your everyday life.
Let me guess:
You're here because managing daily life has gotten really hard.
No one told you it was going to be this hard.
Part of you knows it can be different, can look and feel and actually be different.
The question is: how to get there?
you’re in the right spot.

in therapy with me…
We’ll dig deep.
Yes, we’ll spend time talking about how you got here - what habits and traditions you’ve brought with you into your current life. And then we’ll talk about what it is, in your heart of hearts, you want your life to center on.
You’re in charge.
There is no set speed or prescribed set of “tips and tricks”; no one size fits all. We will move at your pace and using skills and tools tailored to your life and your temperament. We’ll talk about what seems doable in one session and if it worked or what the barriers were at the next. Your pace, your direction.
I’ll cheer you on.
Your difficulties and struggles won’t be the sole focus of our time. You have strengths and hopes and ability. These practices will enhance your understanding and your sense of agency. And your confidence will follow, awakening the understanding that you can move towards a life you love.
